At the core of Fortis is the purpose of building "impossible" software; it's as simple as that. But what good is groundbreaking software if it is not consumed and wildly adopted? Over the years, Fortis has continued to expand, acquiring uncommon industry experience to help ensure the complete success of our clients. In 2004, Fortis acquired a successful Los Angeles based high-tech marketing firm, providing a complete marketing consulting arm capable of delivering "cradle to grave" marketing services to our clients.
Additionally, Fortis found that technical staffing was a major problem for many clients. At the root of the problem was the inability to really determine if a person had the "abilities" that matched with a resume. Our clients guided us into this expansion telling us, "who better than a proven software development company" to use its proprietary testing methods to put candidates through the grist mill to determine if / how skilled a candidate really is, and whether or not they would be a good fit for a given project. As a result, high-tech personnel staffing services became another critical module to our services engine, used by our clients.
